About Apartamentos Caribe

These apartments are situated in the centre of Tenerife's Playa de las Americas resort. They enjoy access to a pool and are surrounded by restaurants and nightlife.

There´s WIFI available with extra charge.

Apartamentos Caribe Rooms

The Apartments are totally refurbished; with a colonial style hall and marble lift entrance.

The interiors of the apartments are furnished with functional styled furniture's with American Kitchen, electric store and various electrical appliances. There are also bathrooms.

Each room has a double bed and a sofa bed for a third person; they also count with a telephone and a satellite television (with extra charge, must be pay at the reception).

All apartments have a furnished balcony so as to enjoy breakfast with views to the sea, our pool and the gardens.

There is also a snack-bar where you can enjoy an english or continental styled breakfast or taste typical spanish cooking aswell as international meals.

Apartamentos Caribe Location

The Caribe Apartments are located in the heart of Playa the las Américas, just a few minutes away from the sea side promenade and the fabulous "Troya" beach,one of the most famous here on the island.

Without forgeting to mention the nearby Las Américas Golf course ( 2 km ).

The bus station is just 100 m away and the nearest airport called Reina Sofia ( the southern airport ) is 15 km away

Swimming:
The resort has a 22X15 m swimming pool, which is heated in winter.
Around the pool there is a large sunbathing area with free sunbeds service and showers.

Tennis:
We also have a Tennis court (with extra charge) for those who like to practise sports during their stay.

Minigolf:
For those who likes this sport, we have 12 holes (with extra charge).

Billard:
You can also practise this type of activity in our resort.

All the excursions can be booked from the Reception.

Scuba diving and water sports:
For those who prefer more activiy you can go down to" Puerto Colon" where you will find all sorts of excursions. There are a variety of boats and diving excursions that will help you discover another world, in our blue–green Atlantic ocean. Many boat excursions will take you to the Gigantes clifs, an awesome gift of nature, which will for a few minutes help you forget rainy days back home.

Nearby from our apartments complex is a waterpark, where young and old can take a slide down the neverending slides.

Windsurfing:
In El Medano, 18 km from Las Americas, the lovers of this sport can enjoy one of the best windsurfing sports in the world, with it's perfect climate for it, warm water, sun, flat beach and lots of wind coming from one direction.

Spa:
In Las Americas area there is various spa centres where you can enjoy treatments like masages, turkish baths, jakuzzis, and much more.

Golf:
In a ratio of 25 km you have the possibility of playing in 5 of the 7 golf courses that are found on the tenerife Island, with one advantage, there is always nice weather to play golf.

Gastronomic:
It's worth discovering and tasting traditional Canarian Food.
The dishes are based on the simplicity of making food. We must not forget that for it's situation Tenerife makes good use of the ocean and what it is prepares boiled or fried and accompanied by a "mojo" sauce and the famous papa arrugada (potatoes). The sauce is either green (garlic and coriander) or red (hot peppers). You can also enjoy eating a cod casserole.

Another typical dish is the rabbit in salmorejo sauce, ribs, potatoes and corn and not forgetting the carne fiesta (party meat).

There is a whole selection of cheeses you can find which make a great bite combined with a red wine from Tacoronte–Acentejo or a white wine from the soth.

For those with a sweet tooth we recommend fresh tropical fruits such as papaya, mangos, pineapples and the world famous canarian bananas. Our deserts are also worth trying.
