About Duplex Fuerteventura Golf Resort

"La Colina" means "the hill" in Spanish, at the highest corner of the golf course and overlooking the 18th tee you will find our semi-detached town houses. We offer here 3 bedroom houses with 2 bathrooms, lounge/diner and independent fitted kitchen with utility room.

Outside you will find large terraces, with pergolas, a private garden and carport. In the middle of the complex is a communal swimming pool.

Getting through the front door you will find to the left hand side a lovely Living/Diner area where large French windows lead out to the patio and barbecue area. From here you look into the landscaped gardens and you can admire from January to December the Canarian sun.

On the same level as the lounge area you find the independent kitchen fully fitted. Also on this level you will find one bathroom tiled with top quality and the third bedroom easy accessible for the elderly person. A staircase will bring you up to the master bedroom, with its own terrace to enjoy beautiful sea views.

Also the other bedroom has a spacious terrace, an ideal place to chill out over an interesting book. Between these 2 bedrooms you find a shared bathroom of generous size.

Only 10km from the international airport of Fuerteventura and just 12km from the capital of the island, Puerto del Rosario.

Fuerteventura Golf Resort is situated half way down to the east coast, giving easy access to all the island's beaches, dunes, towns and villages. It's an ideal place to relax and the perfect base from which you can explore the rest of this lesser known and unspoiled Canary Island.

Just a few minute's walk from the villa you can meet all your shopping and entertainment needs in the Atlantic Shopping Centre, which includes 10-pin bowling and multi-screen cinema.

Another minute or so and you can choose from several quiet beaches, one of them boasting an unique island bar, El Chiringuito, reachable by a long wooden bridge.
