About Veramar Apartments
Beautifully chic two bedroomed apartment recently refurbished to very high standard to ideally suit a couple or small family of 3/4 for the perfect Spanish holiday in the sun. 'Veramar' is situated just outside Estepona bang in the middle of the safest, most fashionable and renowned 'Playa del Cristo' – a EU designated 'Blue Flag' beach which has become one of the most attractive and desirable locations towards the far south west of the Costa Del Sol in Andalucia.
From the community's well–tended & immaculate gardens & pool at the foot of the majestic Bermeja Mountain one can see Gibraltar and beyond, the magical Rif Mountains of North Africa. It's a glorious outlook, and just a few moments walk along the beach, past the Chiringuito (beach bar) is the Old Port of Estepona, with its many atmospheric bars, varied restaurants (seafood a speciality) and vibrant Sunday Market.

The recently refurbished luxury apartment, on the second floor of block 4, consists of two bedrooms, one double, one twin both with fitted wardrobes. The bathroom contains twin sink, WC and a large modern shower. There is a lift from the ground floor for your convenience.
Leading from the modern entrance hallway, on the 2nd floor is a small fully-fitted integrated kitchen with all modern appliances.
A cool open-plan lounge/dining room opens out on to a beautiful private sun & dining terrace. The development has electronic gates, large private car parking facilities and boasts one of the finest and well-tended private gardens on the coast.
The superb swimming pool overlooks the beach (see photos) and has its own shower and bathroom facilities. The safe, sandy beach (at the foot of the garden's private steps) is by far the nicest along the entire coast and is raked and tended by beach staff every morning.
There is highly effective security throughout the property and it is equipped with local TV TV channels, Video CD Player and DVD.
Freshly laundered bed linen & towels are provided.

Whatever type of holiday you like, it is all here. Aficionados of Spain will appreciate being within only 2–3 hours drive of the historic and legendary Moorish cities of Malaga (Picasso's birthplace & museum) Granada, Seville, Cadiz and Ronda. Also, just 25 minutes away is the ferry to Tangier, and beyond to the mysterious and magical worlds of Fez and Marrakech. Whether you crave tranquility way up 'where eagles fly' only a few moments away by car in the mountains of the Sierra Bermeja or all the glitz and glamour of the 'jet–set' in Marbella and Puerto Banus – it's all very close at hand.
Estepona, although becoming more 'up–market' and sophisticated these days, still retains an authentic homely Spanish charm of its very own. The quality of the dining experience in the town has also vastly improved in recent years particularly for seafood which is all caught locally.

For golf lovers, close by are some of the finest courses in the world – from the reasonable to the very expensive! Similarly, Tennis, Scuba Diving, Wind Surfing (at nearby Tarifa on the Atlantic side) Sailing, Water Sports – and for the children there's the fabulous new Selwo Big Game Park & Nature Reserve plus brilliant Water Parks– masses of stuff for kids of all ages to do.
